@nemesis09 @hacks4pancakes Yup. Arguably utilities and (stretching a bit) mortgage providers have sunk costs you're offsetting with ERCs that they'd otherwise lose if you didn't complete, so you cld probably defend the charges a bit. SAAS providers though? It's entirely predatory
