@JohnMas73850126 @PippaCrerar That's only 1 part of the optout. The t1 form has to go to your GP - that prevents NHS digital from siphoning your data out of the surgery. The digital optout prevents them sharing "identifiable" data with 3rd parties, so your data can be used in a (poorly) anonymised dataset
