@NexusUKOrg @rossng_ @cybergibbons I'd imagine so, with "marketplace" stuff, you're buying from the supplier not Amazon. Supplier might then be able to sue Amazon for negligence though. It's not the only issue with Amazon's setup either - allegedly, the way they handle payments mean you don't get s.75 protection
