@NexusUKOrg @rossng_ @cybergibbons According to this - https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/section75-protect-your-purchases/ - it's because there's no Debtor-creditor-supplier relationship (because Amazon are between the creditor and supplier). It sounds like even the FOS isn't sure tho
