@Haravikk @lewis_goodall The point is, it doesn't preclude a constitutional crisis. For example, constitutionally, once they've passed the houses, bills go off for Royal Assent. Now, in principle, the Queen could say "I'm not signing that", and the bill wouldn't become law. 1/
