@StevePeers @IanDunt Saying we give 350m/w to the EU talks about the "conduct" of the Remain outcome. But, I guess that's probably stretching it a bit far, and I've not look at what the legislation actually says (which is a fairly fatal mistake). I can buy we'd need a change in law tbh
